Large flat-topped clusters of golden flowers from July through October, willow-like leaves are up to 5 foot long but only 1/4 inch wide, spreads easily by rhizomes, attracts butterflies (beetles & bees as well!), a great meadow plant, drought tolerant, good rain garden plant.
