Beautiful flat top clusters of delicate fuzzy powder-blue flowers (like Ageratums!) from late summer into fall, foliage very open with lower leaves arrow shaped up to 3.5" long & 2"+ wide, spreads vigorously by rhizomes (slowly under drier conditions), attracts butterflies & bees, host plant to several moth caterpillars including the pretty Lined Ruby Tiger Moth (Phragmatobia lineata), good cut flower, rain garden plant.
