Though the leaves & stems look somewhat like Solomon’s Seal, the gracefully arching stems bear great showy feathery plumes of fragrant white flowers (much different than true Solmon’s Seal) in May, long blade-like alternate leaves adorn the stems, clusters of attractive green fruit turn red & persist into the fall, easy to grow, rhizomes develops colonies over time, drought tolerant.
