An unusual & delicate flower in the Iris family, this Blue-eyed grass bears 1-5 steel-blue flowers with tiny yellow centers at the end of each leaf-like stem from May through July, leaves are stout & grass-like - less than 1/4" wide & up to 1' long, the plant has a loosely tufted appearance, makes a neat ground cover, spreads by seed, average moisture, full sun, 1' tall. Perennial.
