This stately yellow daisy produces very large (2.5 - 4" wide) flowers with drooping yellow petals & raised greenish-yellow centers from July through September, 2-8" leaves are divided into 3-7 parts, attracts bees & butterflies, nice cut flower, food plant for Pearl Crescent (Phyciodes tharos), Silvery Checkerspot (Chlosyne nycteis), Wavy-lined Emerald (Synchlora aerata) Butterfly caterpillars.
