Heads of compact white flowers from April to June, semi-evergreen foliage is silky-hairy grey-green above and almost silvery below, forms rosettes up to 6” across with individual spoon-shaped leaves up to 3” long, an attractive and vigorous ground cover, host to the American Lady Butterfly (Vanessa virginiensis), thrives under dry conditions, dry to moist, sun to partial sun, 3-6” tall foliage with flower spikes up to 1’.
